We freshly smoke all of our meats on our Lang BBQ Pits https://langbbqsmokers.com/ using WI Hardwoods to create a clean smoke flavor on all of our meats. We use scratch made recipes for our sides and make all of our sauces in house in small batches for maximum flavor!
